Projects:With the aid of the ternary equilibrium phase diagram of the Cu-In-Se system, thin film growth is attempted on to suitable substrates by the precipitation of CuInSe2¬ directly from a melt. All resulting films are analyzed with the aid of SEM (scanning electron microscopy), XEDS (X-ray energy-dispersive spectroscopy), TEM (transmission electron microscopy), and XRD (X-ray diffractometry).
